Six Hyatt hotels in four cities went on strike, including the Hyatt Andaz in West Hollywood where I was helping Local 11. It's a really inspiring group of workers out there up against a very tough, very heartless company.Also, while I discovered a number of things I like about LA, I think WeHo might be the gayborhood I like even less than the Castro, if that's humanly possible.
